Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

**Domestic Shipping (Australia)**
We offer two shipping options for orders within Australia:

- Standard Shipping — $12.00 | Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — $15.00 | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $120.00

**International Shipping**
We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International orders are sent via Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $20.00, with an estimated delivery time of 10–21 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our carrier's website.
